Who the hell is Bob Barr?


Oh, that face.

Former Republican congressman Bob Barr has stepped into the 2008 election to awkwardly fill Ron Paul's not-really-empty shoes and freak out the GOP. He's running as a Libertarian, though his leanings are conservative. he may get up to 4 percent of the vote in some states,
