McCain campaign problems: time to bring in "the fixer"?

"When I pull my ear, that means go negative."

Don Siegelman, the former governor of Alabama, was released from jail recently and spoke out about his belief that Karl Rove was the force behind his imprisonment. Siegelman referred to the political strategist as "probably the most devious and evil political operative."

That may be, but that hasn't stopped the man President Bush calls "Turd Blossom" from doling out advice to some of the candidates currently running for president. That's gotten the attention of John McCain, whose own campaign has been struggling a bit under recent scandals. Will McCain, like Bush before him, also look to Rove for his "devious and evil" advice? We've uncovered a shocking memo that suggests perhaps he already has.
