Hillary Clinton: T-minus 13 days
Looking to the future, which is not bright enough to require shades.
Terry McAuliffe says Hillary Clinton will drop out of the presidential race in 13 days. To bide our time, instead of being depressed, we've decided to savor each of those final days with that crazy lady who answers the phone at 3 a.m..
Today's bittersweet thought: we ache because soon, we will no longer yell sarcastic comments to our television after Hillary says she will be "ready from Day One."
Such as:
"When it came to securing the nomination, you weren't ready until month eight!"
"When it came to keeping your man's pants zipped, you weren't ready 'til year 25. Hey oh!"
"When it comes to doing a monologue without a pantsuit joke, David Letterman won't be ready, ever."
"When it comes to another Clinton administration, America won't be ready until Chelsea turns 35."
