23/6 celebrates 25 years of Curtis Armstrong

Sure, you've seen the masturbatory video in which Tom Cruise celebrates 25 years of having given himself to Hollywood. You've seen the official Web site and taken a moment of silence to acknowledge the quarter century that has passed since Cruise's breakout role in "Risky Business." But we here at 23/6 want to recognize another unsung hero. A man who made his film debut at the same time, launching his career in the very same movie, as a worthy foil to Cruise himself. In fact, we'd argue if not for this fine actor, Tom Cruise wouldn't even have an official Web site, much less dozens of high-profile movie credits.

Ladies and gentlemen, 23/6 presents: 25 Years of Curtis Armstrong, you know, the guy who played Booger in the "Revenge of the Nerds" movies.
