This weekend, over-the-top British CNN business reporter Richard Quest was busted for loitering and drugs in New York's Central Park. Quest was found with a rope tied from his neck to his penis, a sex toy in his boot, and, as he helpfully told the police, meth in his pocket. He was arrested around 3:40 a.m., though Quest's lawyer said the high-volume correspondent didn't realize that the park had a curfew and that he was simply "returning to his hotel with friends." Sure, hon.

For a well-traveled guy, Dick Quest was pretty stupid about his own (wait for it...) dick quest. There's no shortage of private gay sex venues in NYC, for yellin' out loud. As ever, we have to ask: What was he thinking?
