A new biography of John McCain provides insight into the Senator's nasty temper. The GOP's presumptive candidate is on record referring to foe and friend as "shitheads", "assholes" and, in one case, "a fucking jerk." Cliff Schecter's new book, "The Real McCain" goes further, alleging that McCain responded to gentle teasing from wife Cindy with:
