Hollywood trainer's shocker: stars used to be as fugly as you

If celebrity trainer client Demi Moore only talks with her lips open this wide, you can't see her mouth wrinkles.

Demi Moore had meaty thighs, Madonna was soft, and Naomi Watts was fleshy, according to celebrity trainer Rob Parr, before they all had gastric bypass surgery came to him for conditioning. In excerpts shown to Page Six of his exercise book, "Star Quality," he bitches that Moore was "by movie-star standards, thick overall," then brags about sculpting her into acceptable shape. He also talks about and trimming and tightening Naomi Watts "so that she would fit the mold of a bikini-clad babe."

Is he democratizing fitness so that even poor slobs will be able to look incredible, or is it a coldhearted scheme to get revolting regular folk to shell out $15.95? Whatever the case, the table of contents proves as revealing and intense as a naked jog through the Hollywood Hills.
