China brutally forcing us to care about Tibet
The gold medal winner for "Most Annoying."
The Olympics really do seem to be unifying people this year. Or at least the Olympic torch is. It's motto is "Light the Passion, Share the Dream," which sounds like a bit of drug lingo from Amy Winehouse.
As the Olympic torch makes its way around the world before arriving in Beijing for the August games, protesters angry at China over the crackdown in Tibet are meeting the Torch in every city, trying to put it out. Well, they may have put out that other candle in the wind, but they can't extinguish this one.
Actually, turns out they can. In Paris this weekend the torch was snuffed out three times, before finally being put on a bus. Ouch. Couldn't even spring for a cab.
And on Monday, Hillary Clinton got in on the act, calling on Bush to boycott the opening ceremonies. Protests have already begun in San Francisco, where the torch will arrive next week.
What's next for the poor, beleaguered torch? Here's our Google Map prediction for what's in store as it heads to Beijing.
