While the U.S. Armed Forces are falling short of enlistment goals and the CIA and FBI continue to struggle with their attempts to infiltrate al-Qaeda, the bad guys seem to be doing just fine getting folks to sign up. No matter how quickly al-Qaeda goes through new recruits, they somehow never seem to run out of people willing to blow themselves up in hopes of killing an enemy or two in the process.
