Dollar hits new low, ain't looking so hot either

Just in time for the dollar to hit a 12-year low against the yen (and for the euro and the Swiss franc to soar—but who's counting?), the U.S. Treasury introduced its redesigned $5 bill with the motto: Safer. Smarter. More secure.
