Reports say New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer is "involved" in a prostitution ring. But what does that mean exactly? Perhaps one or more of the following:

• Vowed to "to change the ethics of the décor," including wallpaper with red flocked fleur-de-lis
• In an effort to "reform the budget process," insisted on paying in tens and twenties
• What Not to Wear: Eliot's strict ban on animal prints
• Developed plan for highly organized penicillin distribution among prostitutes (but still will not allow marijuana)
• Insists the hookers dress like State Assembly Minority Leader James Tedisco so they can play "Steamroller" and Spitzer can holler, "I'll roll over you and anybody else."
• Would not stop talking about "how we do it in New York."
