Australia apologizes to their version of black people

Australia's new prime minister, Kevin Rudd, will issue an apology to his country's indigenous people, the Aborigines. From 1910 to the 1970s, approximately 100,000 mixed-blood Aboriginal children were taken from their parents because the government believed them to be a doomed race. An official explained how the official regret leaves modern day Aussies are off the hook:

The apology will be made on behalf of the Australian government and does not attribute guilt to the current generation of Australian people.
