A pro-life Wisconsin man sent a plastic fetus to every household in Racine, Wisconsin. The tiny figure resembles a human fetus at about 12 or 13 weeks gestation. Dave Obernberger sent the fetuses as a reminder of the anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, explaining to reporters, "I pray that they'll look at it a little more than being offended by it, but being educated by it."
