ACLU fights for your right to get fingerbanged in the handicapped stall

Republican senator Larry Craig has a friend in the ACLU. This week, the liberal civil rights group filed a brief in support of Craig, citing a 38-year-old Minnesota Supreme Court ruling which found that people who have sex in closed stalls in public restrooms "have a reasonable expectation of privacy."

Craig was charged last June for inviting an undercover officer to have sex in public.

Where else should people engaging in sex have the expectation of privacy?

A confessional.

The Oval Office.

The D train, from 2 A.M. to 5 A.M.

The counter at Taco Bell where your order for a Burrito Supreme is about to be filled.
