Dick Cheney's hateful chief of staff soils House committee:

Dick Cheney's chief assassin, David Addington, is being asked by Rep. John Conyers to explain the "unitary theory of the executive," which Addington crafted to justify torturing suspected terrorists.

Addington has no idea what the hell Conyers is talking about, okay. Yeah, he knows what "unitary" means, but doesn't know what what you think it means. So take your little Constitution and flush it down the toilet.
