A woman takes away all the mysteries (and fun) of fertility on "The Tyra Banks Show":

It's video clips like these that make us lament the future. The only time piece we thought necessary with which to get a woman pregnant was the old fashioned one you used to countdown the seconds when you'd be getting busy.

Didn't that scary woman use the word "surge" a few times? Maybe this is the surge to which McCain keeps referring, saying it's "working". We'll have check and see if Cindy has a baby bump anytime soon.
