Is it in bad taste to auction this guy off like Tad Hamilton while his wife is considered missing/dead and he is the main suspect? Maybe. But come on, nobody's perfect and its not like you're getting any younger, ladies. After one too many bad e-Harmony dates, who wouldn't want to take a shot with this guy? He's a cop, he's got a great 'stash, and as far as we know, "innocent until proven guilty" is just as applicable to romance as it is to murder-one charges.
